Peanut Butter and Jelly

If you like peanut butter (I do) and sweet things (I like them too), this is a nice simple sandwich for you to try. It's so simple anyone can make it. The recipe is probably from the United States. I think this because they say jelly when they talk about jam. Which do you prefer? Jam or jelly?

Peanut Butter and Jelly

Ingredients

• 2 slices of bread

• peanut butter

• jelly (in the UK we call this jam)

Instructions

Before you follow these easy steps, make sure there is an adult to help you and wash your hands for 20 seconds. Then, get your ingredients ready. You will also need a spoon for scooping and a knife for spreading.

1. put two slices of bread on a plate

2. spread peanut butter on top of one slice

3. spread jam on top of the other slice

4. put the slices together so that the peanut butter is next to the jam

5. take a big bite
