Acrostics and Accretion

Acrostics are poems formed around the letters of a topic word. I challenged my P6 English class to write an acrostic poem with their name. Easy enough, right? I gave them a list of 100 positive adjectives to choose from. I thought this was an excellent way to get them to use dictionaries, expand their vocabulary and have fun with language. However, the list missed a few letters, and I admit I was stumped when Felix asked me for an adjective beginning with X.

Er, xylophone? Yes, I know it is a noun.

So, I will research and write my my own A to Z of positive adjectives to describe everyone in my P6 English class and what we aspire to be. Here goes:
